Ever since I entered parenthood, I am on a constant lookout for dining places that are suitable for both kids and adults to enjoy. Dining with kids is never easy because I do want to keep dining out experiences fun but also healthier options for my child as well. Giving you a heads-up on what you can experience at Nuodles based on my recent trip!

Núodle, Singapore’s first Halal beef chain was founded in 2017 with its first flagship store at Singpost and has been expanding its Chinese noodle culture to a wider community. Since March, they have expanded their menu too with Mala Beef Lamian and Classic Bee Tai Mak! At Núodle, your tastebuds will be in for a good treat with the variety of dishes they have on their menu! Just look at these signature dishes, and these were only a part of the menu.

If you are a fan of Mala, then you will have to try out their new menu – Mala Beef Noodles. I love how the soup taste just nice with a balance of spicy and ‘Ma’. Their beef was tender and easy to bite too as well. A soup base is everything to me when it comes to noodles! Their broth is cooked using halal beef, stick bones, and other seasonings. My fellow Mala fans, you’ll love this! Of course, if you prefer less spicy, simply request for less spicy or go for the extra kick if you want to! You can totally customize your level of spiciness preferences with Núodle.

My favourite would be their sour soup dumpling. The skin is soft and full of fillings! The sour taste of the soup makes it really appetizing as well. If you have a preference for a sour taste like me, you’ll need to check this out. They too have a vegetarian option on their menu!

Have I mentioned that Núodle introduced the concept of hand-pulled noodles to complete its beef noodles? Hand pulling is an aged-old practice in China that claims to enhance consumers’ experiences with noodles. Well, the texture of their noodles definitely gave my tastebuds an awesome experience! If you’re visiting one of the Núodle flagship outlets, you’ll be spoiled for choices with different types of hand-pulled noodles. (Check out these outlets at the end of the article)
Comforting and Homely Taste with Núodle!
If you’re not keen on main dishes and just want to chill with some small bites, you’re in for another great treat with their varieties. I personally love beef and lamb skewers! Crispy on the outside yet tender on the inside. Their seasonings were just nice as well! If you’re in for a challenge, have it with their extra spicy Chili sauce!

Family Friendly Food
No worries if you’re dining with kids too as they have a kid’s menu as well! I will recommend trying their Premium Fish Bee Tai Mak soup for children. Rich taste yet not salty! Nice, comforting, and nutritious for the children to have a great dining experience.

End your tasty meals with their sweet potato spring rolls! Crispy with the natural sweetness of the purple sweet potato. It came with a sauce on the side for those who love a mix of savoury and sweetness. I personally enjoy it without the sauce.

Founded by Jerry Liao, who moved to Singapore to take up the then-popular tourism and hospitality diploma from the Temasek Polytechnic, with the intention to build a career in the booming tourism industry.
