Tell us a little about yourself. What is your business/ brand about?
I’m a dedicated mother of two who finds immense joy in both nurturing my family and pursuing my career. Balancing these two aspects of my life has taught me the importance of time management and prioritization.
What got you started on your business?
My journey into entrepreneurship began in the interior design industry, where I discovered a passion for creating spaces that truly resonate with people. While working on various projects, I realized that a visually stunning home wasn’t complete without a defining element—a signature scent.
This realization struck me when revisiting clients’ homes and noticing the absence of a consistent olfactory identity. It became clear to me that a distinct scent adds a layer of depth and character to a living space, turning a house into a home. However, my search for the perfect scent proved challenging; most diffusers lacked longevity and failed to deliver a lasting, noticeable aroma. Frustrated by this gap in the market, I decided to take matters into my own hands and design my own line of scents, ensuring both quality and longevity.
Before you started your business, what did you do on a full-time basis?
Interior design and renovation
What were some difficulties you faced in your life and how did you overcome them?
Growing up in a family with financial struggles and an irresponsible father was undoubtedly challenging. My mother, as the sole provider, dealt with the weight of supporting my younger brother and me. At 15 years old, I took on part-time work, recognizing early on that I needed to work diligently to uplift my family from our circumstances. This responsibility instilled in me a strong work ethic and a determination to pave a better path for my loved ones.
I often chose the more difficult routes in life, so I could get valuable experiences in life sooner. While this approach brought its share of stress, it also honed my mindset and clarified my goals. My primary aim is to ensure my mother’s retirement is worry-free, allowing her to enjoy the fruits of her labor. Moreover, I am committed to providing my children with a nurturing environment where they can thrive. Balancing work and family time is crucial to me, and I am dedicated to making that a reality.

Who inspires you?
My mother, especially her perseverance and grit.
What excites you most about your industry?
What gets me really excited about my industry is seeing customers keep coming back for more because they genuinely love what we offer. Also, giving them top-notch 101% customer service, going that extra mile to make sure they’re happy, just adds to the thrill!
What is your vision / personal motto?
Think 3 steps ahead. Don’t make decisions out of convenience, make decisions that don’t make you regret. Treat everyone and everything with an open heart and be the one with a bigger heart.

What have you learned recently that you hope the other ladies can take back?
Making your own income – I have learnt the importance of financial independence and the power of presenting yourself well recently. Also, always looking presentable and polished is another valuable asset. Looking good will make you feel good and bring more confidence and opportunities to you!
What do you do in your free time as self care? How do you unwind?
In my free time, I prioritize self-care through activities like engaging with social media. However, my main focus is spending quality time with my children, as they are my top priority.
How do you think you can help ladies to feel confident and empowered?
I aim to empower women by providing a platform where they can share ideas and experiences, offering support and encouragement to those who need a push. Additionally, I aspire to create opportunities for and inspire stay-at-home moms to generate supplementary income, fostering financial independence and empowerment.
