The waterfront neighborhood Shack opens on December 1st at 12 noon*. This kicks off Singapore’s first Great Shake Sale inspired by the American tradition of fundraising bake sales. As an opening treat, the first 100 guests at Shake Shack VivoCity will receive exclusive Shack swag!

The Great Shake Sale

The Great Shake Sale began in 2012 as Shake Shack’s initiative to raise awareness and funds to end childhood hunger in America. Since 2014 it has gone global, inviting Shack fans around the world to continue to Stand for Something Good®, and raising over US$2.6 million for the campaign! The first Great Shake Sale in Singapore runs across all five Shacks from December 1-6.

You are encouraged to get into the spirit of giving by purchasing vouchers for the Christmas Cookie Shake.  The vouchers are sold for SG$2 each and are redeemable on the next visit. The fan-favorite Shake is a winter dream of sugar cookie frozen custard topped with whipped cream, crumbled shortbread, and holiday sprinkles.

All voucher proceeds will be directed towards Children’s Wishing Well, a Singapore-based non-profit organization supporting children and youth from low-income families. Their work includes assisting with educational and daily living needs as well as equipping the children with skills for their future.

VivoCity Exclusives

Shake Shack is proud to support local and continues to source incredible ingredients from some of Singapore’s best bakers and food purveyors. At the VivoCity Shack, try the Sugee Boogie concrete, where creamy frozen vanilla custard is blended with Mrs Kueh’s crumbly, slightly tart orange citrus sugee cake. The traditional Eurasian cake is handmade by mother-son team Maureen and Jeremy Nguee who are known for their Nonya kueh and classic cakes.

Another VivoCity special is Viva La Vivo, an Instagram-worthy Concrete made of frozen vanilla custard, strawberries, and crunchy sugar cone shards, finished with rainbow sprinkles.

As with all Shacks locally, 5% of sales from the Shack AttackÔ concrete go to a charity partner. Shake Shack VivoCity’s selected partner is SOSD, a volunteer-run organization dedicated to the welfare of ‘Singapore Specials’ — an affectionate term for local street dogs.

Shake Shack X Eeshaun

The Ladies Cue Founders Melissa and Jenny with Local Artist Eeshaun

Local artist and illustrator Eeshaun created a colorful, playful art piece that celebrates the Shack’s vibrant neighbourhood. Hanging prominently inside the restaurant, Eeshaun took inspiration from its surroundings of nature parks, beaches, waves, and the Sentosa cable cars. True to his signature style, expect loose, abstract shapes and patterns that represent this eclectic waterfront spot, cleverly interweaved with Shake Shack’s classic menu items for an expressive, dynamic painting.

Shake Shack VivoCity will be open from 11am to 10pm daily, and is located at 1 Harbourfront Walk #01-163/164 VivoCity, Singapore 098585.
