What’s Shakin’, Suntec City? To celebrate the opening of Shake Shack Suntec City on 30th September, the fan-favorite ShackMeister™ menu is available exclusively at the new location from before debuting across all four Singapore Shacks on 5th October!

Limited-Time ShackMeister™ Menu

The ShackMeister™ was first created in 2015 for a burger competition in the USA, securing the Judge’s Choice for Best Burger! Eventually, appearing on the Shake Shack menu for a limited time that same year. Lending a twist to the classic ShackBurger®, the ShackMeister™ has a heaping pile of crispy fried shallots on top of 100% Angus beef, bringing a garlicky flavor and extra crunch. The shallots are marinated in custom-brewed ShackMeister™ ale, tossed in the same coating as the Chick’n Shack with flour, cayenne and paprika then crisp fried until golden.

When Shake Shack first opened, there were many requests to add classic onion rings to the menu. The fried shallots are like onion rings, but maybe even better! The ShackBurger® topped with the shallots was such a hit! They were also added to Shake Shack’s flat-top dogs and crinkle cut fries with the Shack’s signature cheese sauce. The ShackMeister™ Dog and ShackMeister™ Fries were born. The ShackMeister™ trio will be available at all Shake Shack Singapore outlets from 5th October until 16th November.

Suntec City Exclusives

Exclusive to the new Shack is Matcha Made in Heaven, a strawberry-matcha Concrete for those with a sweet tooth. Rich, creamy vanilla frozen custard is blended with a tart strawberry yuzu jam and buttery shortbread, and topped with premium matcha powder.

As part of Shake Shack’s mission to Stand For Something Good®, 5% of sales from the Shack Attack™ concrete at the Shack will continue to go to a charity partner. Shake Shack Suntec City’s selected partner is HealthServe Limited, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing healing and hope to migrant workers in Singapore.

Shake Shack x Ripple Root

Local duo Liquan Liew and Estella Ng of Ripple Root created a large-scale indoor-outdoor mural welcoming guests into the Suntec City Shack. At the entrance at the mall’s west wing, guests can follow the origins of Shake Shack from its first location at Madison Square Park to its newest Suntec digs with the iconic Fountain of Wealth and daily hustle and bustle rendered in splashy colors and bold geometric patterns. Inside, the energetic work reinterprets Shake Shack signatures as a modern-day still life painting.

About Ripple Root

RIPPLE ROOT is the artist moniker of Liquan Liew and Estella Ng. They make collaborative, carefree works reflecting themes of nature and wildlife. In their work is a distinct Southeast Asian ornamentation, seen in the dense, interwoven patterns that borrow from arabesque tiles and textiles. Folkloric elements, based upon naive renderings of birds and various wildlife are given a modern twist.
