On August 31, art and play collided spectacularly at the Bubble Planet and Art of the Bricks event. This unique gathering offered visitors of all ages an immersive experience, blending sensory exploration with creativity. From vibrant bubble baths to remarkable LEGO sculptures, I am beyond amazed by the experience here!

This is worth visiting! You’ll be amazed by the sculptures!

Bubble Planet: A Sensory Wonderland

At Bubble Planet, there were 11 uniquely themed areas at Bubbles Planet with each area designed to ignite your imagination. Spot an enormous bubble bath ball pit, a captivating virtual reality room, and an enchanting undersea LED room. The fusion of colors, lasers, lights, and bubbles, enhanced by 360-degree projection technology, created a dreamy atmosphere. I felt like I just entered another realm!

Asher and I had a great time playing in this mini ball pit first!

Asher was enchanted by the Giant Bubble Room, filled with oversized balloons, and the LED room which showcased life under the sea. He nearly gave me a heart attack when he was “hidden” among those giant balloons! It’s not easy to spot him as he was slightly smaller in size as compared to toddlers at his age. However, his joy was palpable as he explored the interactive elements. Trust me, your inner child will be released once you step in here!

Just look at that Happy Face from Asher! He’s totally enjoying it!

Asher’s curiosity has been ignited in the LED room!

I was amazed by the Giant Ball Pit as well which covered half of my body once I stepped in! Parents will need to have an extra eye here if you have a little toddler like me. Over here, you will become “Alice in Wonderland” where you become the miniature version of the giant bubble pit!

Parents will need to be mindful if they have a small toddler like me because this ball pit is humongous

Honestly, this exhibition is great and should not be missed! This experience is perfect for all ages, with free entry for children under 4. Tickets will be available beginning at $21.90 for adults and $14.90 for children. The first 1,000 tickets sold will enjoy a 20% early bird discount.

The Art of the Bricks: A Celebration of Creativity

Recognized as a CNN Top 10 “Global Must-See Exhibition,” Art of the Bricks has made waves across the world, and I can see why the moment I stepped foot into it.

What a cute pink little room made with bricks!

In the adjacent room is the Art of the Bricks exhibition which features over 150 sculptures crafted from more than one million LEGO® bricks. Building on the tremendous success of Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience in Singapore, Exhibition Hub—a leader in traveling immersive entertainment—and Fever, the top global live entertainment discovery platform, are thrilled to bring Nathan Sawaya’s stunning Art of the Brick exhibit back to Singapore, which has been more than a decade after its initial debut in 2012.

Interactive play area for the kids!

One of the experiences that captivated me during this exhibition was the reimagined versions of some of the world’s most famous masterpieces, including Michelangelo’s David, Van Gogh’s Starry Night, and Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa!

Re-imaged of famous painting “Stary Stary Night”

As we explore further in, it is not hard to spot a colossal 20-foot T-Rex skeleton! Asher’s attention was totally on it! This exhibition showcases the incredible artistry and creativity involved in each sculpture. The attention to detail and the imaginative use of LEGO bricks made these artworks impossible to overlook.

I think he got scared haha

Spot more sculptures here! I’ll be spoiling the fun if I post too many photos here because it’s an experience that you’ll need to visit to enjoy the immersive trip! But here’s some to give you a sneak preview!

What a cute sculpture here!

Do you need some giant crayons?

Be prepared to take flight!

The Bubble Planet and Art of the Bricks event proved to be a delightful day of exploration and creativity. It not only entertained but also inspired guests of all ages to appreciate art in its many forms. Promise me that you will not miss this extraordinary experience, keep an eye out for similar events that celebrate the joy of creativity and community.

Asher has been asking me to bring him back. Maybe I should!
