How Can We Burn Fats Effectively?

1. Sleep More
Yes, you heard us right – When you sleep more, the more fats you burn. Our body produces two hormones linked to our weight: Leptin helps to regulate your energy levels and keep your appetite low, while Ghrelin stimulates hunger and often initiates the need to eat.
When we don’t get enough sleep, our Leptin levels decrease and our Ghrelin increases. Therefore increasing our appetite during the hours where we are awake.

2. Consume Cottage Cheese Before You Sleep
Many says that you shouldn’t consume food before you sleep but that is not totally true. You can consume small amounts of cottage cheese before you sleep. Cottage cheese contains amino acid tryptophan that helps improves quality of sleep, and reduces the amount of time it takes to fall asleep. Hence, you are able to sleep longer and not feel hungry too often. Isn’t it great?
3. Take Sacha Inchi Oil (Cold Pressed Oil)

6. Consuming More Nuts
Nuts increase the amount of calories we burn: Not all of the calories in nuts are being absorbed, eating nuts may also increase the amount of energy and fat we burn. And walnuts and almonds can increase your melatonin levels and promote better sleep so we can burn even more fats.

7. Incorporate Resistance Training into your Life
Resistance training is an awesome way to boost your metabolism and to get the most out of it, try doing the exercise routine in the evening. Your higher resting metabolic rate will continue into the night, allowing for an increased rate of fat burning.
