Yellow Pot curated the seven-course occasion menu with clean eating and sustainability in mind, for an exclusive Mother’s Day feast with the family.

Singapore’s iconic modern Chinese restaurant unites a row of heritage trading houses that have been sustainably restored under the gifted hand of acclaimed British designer, Anouska Hempel.

The menu is available from 1 May to 9 May for lunch and dinner, it is the perfect place to celebrate Mother’s Day.

The thoughtfully curated Mother’s Day menu is destined to go down a treat, with organic and innovative cooking techniques taking centre stage. The exclusive Mother’s Day specials include Beauty Collagen Soup, Twice Cooked Duck Thigh in Lotus Leaf and Wok Seared Australian Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin Tataki. Top off this seven-course menu with a complimentary glass of cava.

Yellow Pot Mother’s Day Menu

Yellow Pot Trio Platter includes chilled Alaska crab, avocado tartar, seared Iberico pork jowl and crispy layer sh puff with mild spicy mango sauce.

Beauty Collagen Soup with organic wild mushrooms and jade watercress.

Seafood Platter includes seared hand dived yuzu soy scallop, oven-baked miso Chilean seabass, steamed red leg prawn in mentaiko sauce.

Wok Seared Australian Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin Tataki with spicy cranberry glace & heirloom vegetables.

Twice Cooked Duck Thigh in Lotus Leaf with abalone and sea cucumber stew.

Traditional La Mian with Slipper lobster & Korean ower clam in saffron tonkatsu broth.

Fusion Dessert includes mochi mashed peanuts, bee pollen ice cream, black bean paste pancake.
