OLA Executive Condo: Living In A Home of Never-Ending Inspirations
The much awaited sales gallery of the upcoming luxury executive condominium (EC) OLA Residence in Sengkang will be opening their doors to a never-before-seen carnival atmosphere complete with dancers, jugglers and stilt walkers on 15 February 2020, Saturday.
The interactive sales gallery measures 17,000 square-feet (the largest thematic sales gallery amongst EVIA’s residential projects). Its developer, Anchorvale Pte Ltd. (“Anchorvale”), conducted a media tour for the The Ladies Cue to a fantasy wonderland that resonates with the project’s emphasis on imagination and community living with exceptional convenience and amenities.
Jenny and I were blown away by the sales gallery’s bold concept in community living admits luxury. OLA is such a fun and family oriented space that offers fantasy and imagination together! As we explored the fantasy wonderland, we felt like we were shopping for our dream home when we weren’t looking for one! Visitors can play games, rub shoulders with their favourite local artistes and collect stamps for the chance to win a prize at the end of their OLA fiesta journey!
Apart from food cooked on-site, a kid’s entertainment corner will also be available, leaving parents free to explore the gallery. Pets are not left out too! Families can bring their “fur kids” to the gallery as well, a testament to the condominium’s commitment to being pet-friendly!
In view of the health concerns about the COVID-19, Anchorvale has taken preventive measures. Jenny and I had to declare our travel history and have our temperatures taken. Sanitisers were also offered the moment we ended the sales gallery. There is a designated route, which we felt was really good so that visitors will not be mixed with those who has not cleared the temperature checks.

Expected to be completed by December 2023, OLÁ will have 548 unites for sales, with mix of unit type (2 to 5-bedroom penthouse units) and sizes ranging from 775 square-feet to 1722 square-feet. Reflecting the project’s Spanish theme, each of OLA’s 9 blocks will feature a painting by world-renowned Spanish artist Eva Armisen. Depicting themes of family and childgood, the paintings will be on display at the sales gallery. You can catch Eva herself on the 22, 23, 29 of February as well as 1 March as she completes an exclusively commissioned painting for OLA.
The sales gallery at Anchorvale Street (Opposite Sengkang General Hospital) will also feature new and upcoming technology such as the debut go Samsung SmartThings hub! I can see many young couples being attached to living in a automated environment! I believe with the new trend set, it is indeed what the slogan is, Living Inspired!
