Love at First Bite: Big Fish Small Fish Cafe Introduces A Brand New Brunch Menu

With the season of love upon us, bring your beloved family and friends, and honour this celebration with a brunch feast.

Well-loved, homegrown fish and crisps brand, Big Fish Small Fish, introduces an all-new brunch menu at their first cafe concept located at Suntec City Tower 3 Mall. Their brunch menu includes eight delightful dishes ranging from local favourites to western dishes.

Available all day and all week, Big Fish Small Fish Cafe will serve up their delectable brunch set menu for all to enjoy on :

Monday to Friday: 11.00 am to 9.30 pm
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: 10.00 am to 9.30 pm

Their brunch menu will be available for members of the public from Saturday, 4th February 2023, onwards.

Big Fish Small Fish Cafe introduces eight new mouth-watering dishes as follows :

1. Cone of Fish – This dish includes Big Fish Small Fish’s signature fried breaded fish, served with crispy golden fries in a cone along with fresh salad and tar tar dip on the side. We love the fragrance of the breaded fish due to the pepper, making us hungry for more. We went for the cheese dip instead and to us, that was our favourite combination to try!

2. Big Breakfast Small Breakfast – Feast on pancakes, Big Fish Small Fish’s signature fried breaded fish, grilled chicken sausages and grilled turkey bacon, with a side of salad, honey and butter. The pancakes were especially soft and the maple syrup was something that I’d never tasted before. Sweet and flavorful. With the same breaded fish as the Cone of Fish, you already know that it’s good. This dish was especially filling for us so for those that have a big appetite, do give it a try!

3. Goin’ Nuts over Sweet and Savoury – Load yourself with their triple pancake stack, layered with peanut and strawberry cream, served with grilled turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, honey and butter.

4. Creamy Mushroom Croissant – As per its namesake, the creamy sautéed mushroom croissant is served with a side of tater tots and mesclun salad, and topped with parmesan cheese.

5. Amelie in Paris Toast – Start your brunch fabulously with their brioche french toast coupled with grilled turkey bacon, drizzled with honey and a dash of icing sugar.

6. Taste of Singapore – For the local tastebuds, try the toasted brioche with chicken luncheon meat, kueh bahulu and two soft-boiled eggs along with kaya and butter spread.

7. All-American – Indulge in the croissant with turkey bacon, chicken ham, tater tots, scrambled eggs and mesclun salad for your meal. This dish is always an all-time favourite due to the scrambled eggs and they never go wrong as a brunch. Add on with the crispy, buttery and flaky croissant? I was in love with the overall combination of this dish!

8. The Union Jack – Take a bite off the toasted brioche with chicken bratwursts, mushrooms, turkey bacon and two sunny side-ups.

Other notable mentions were their nacho cheese tater tots and it is a definite must-try for cheese lovers! They are immensely generous with the sauce so you might even be able to just snack on this to fill your stomach.

Lastly, I would definitely recommend the mango peach cream fruity tea. The cream itself was similar to how Sjora tasted if it were to become a cream and I personally loved it so much. Paired with the lychee-flavoured tea, making it is sweet with a beautiful fruity scent.
