One Farrer Signature You Sheng with Abundance Mongolian Pork Ribs
Take a bite into the tender and moist Abundance Mongolian Pork Ribs, meat so tender it falls off the bones. This is served with Broccolini, Superior Sauce, Charcoal Brioche. No Chinese feast is complete without a suckling pig. For the dinner session only, enjoy the Roasted Chinese Suckling Pig with Hoi Sin Sauce, roasted to crackling perfection. To get the good luck rolling your way, don’t forget to go for the Chinese Sausage with Golden Pineapple Pizza, a Chinese twist to the all-time favourite Hawaiian Pizza.
Sweets are important for the Chinese New Year celebrations because it signifies sweet endings for everything you do in the year. Round it off in sweetness with the Rice Bucket with Gold Coin Fondant Cake, ensuring that the year will be over spilling with new opportunities, love, and money. Savour the sweet goodness and the auspicious symbolism behind each of the desserts prepared specially for Reunion Dinner: Koi Fish of Coconut Jelly, Green Tea Panacotta with Red Bean, Gula Melaka Red Velvet Layer.
