We’re celebrating 55 years of Singapore’s Independence with a delectable spread of locally sourced delights. Culinary designer Hong Dingzhao dug deep into his Singaporean roots to curate a mouth-watering 4 course dining experience. From paddock to plate, the modern European & Singaporean fusion menu includes a range of locally grown produce. Menu highlights include a locally grown garden salad with citrus fruit, feta cheese & balsamic; Crab Timbale with Dijon & curry scented cream & cauliflower puree; seabass served with XO cream, locally grown bok choy & mash; and an oh-SO-sweet finisher, the SO/ banana split topped with “Goreng Pisang” gula melaka sauce and vanilla & ondeh ondeh ice cream.
