I am Feng Ni, mother of two and someone who believes that family always come first Balancing motherhood and career has shaped who I am today - Grounded, Empathetic and Resilient. I founded Redline Employment, based on the exact belief that parents should be prioritising family time over doing household chores. Every family is unique and that hiring a helper should not be left by luck or chance. Redline has a data-backed system to match your family with someone who truly fits your family.

I went through IVF for numerous cycles to conceive my two children. The journey itself can be incredibly difficult, both physically and emotionally. The physical toll of hormone injections and medications, mental load of overthinking every symptom and the emotional strain of anxiety, fail of failure, loneliness - can be very overwhelming. I don't let failure define me, and I managed to have two children out of the whole IVF process.

Being in a maid industry isn't the most glamorous or sexy industry. I choose to view it differently. We are more than just a maid agency, we are in charge of hiring the most important employee of your family - your helper, who is in charge of the household chores and caregiving roles in relation to your family! As the founder of Redline, it actually takes a lot more empathy and strong judgement than what most people do. We listen to a lot of personal stories, from both Employers and Helpers. Every family is different, so are their requirements. It still excites me to know that each helper I have placed in each family, is happy, contented and have created a bond with each other.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and have a strong love for sports, which keeps me energised and focused. I value meaningful conversations, whether in relationships, business or everyday life. I will definitely carve out some time everyday for my children and loved ones. Of course, I love travelling and finding hidden local food places!

Most of my clients are females, especially working mothers. I believe that I understand the struggles of working mothers, and what they want (or do not want) in a helper. I provide guidance on how to manage their helpers, enabling them to feel confident as an Employer. Managing a helper is two-way approach. There are also ways on how I educate my female clients on how should they frame certain expectations so as to be a better Employer as well.
