On 19 May 2026, The Ladies Cue held an intimate gathering for our Fempreneurs, a more intimate evening for deeper conversations, better connections, and honest sharing.

As each Fempreneur arrived, they were each given a card carrying a single word, words like Strength, Softness, Becoming, and Courage etc. Behind every card was a handwritten message prepared by another Fempreneur within the community. The messages were meant to be taken home as small reminders that sometimes, the words we need most come from women who understand the journey too.

During the evening, we also introduced the official F.E.M Pass, an ecosystem created to support female entrepreneurs through the community. The team shared more about the vision behind the pass, along with the official F.E.M Pass holder keychain, designed to help Fempreneurs identify with one another during future gatherings and networking opportunities that were not organised by The Ladies Cue.

To encourage deeper interaction, Fempreneurs were paired based on the words on their cards. Those carrying the same word became partners for the evening. Together, they headed into dinner conversations at one of the Greek restaurants at CHIJMES (sorry u add in the name) , where the atmosphere naturally shifted from formal networking into something more personal and down to earth.

What made the evening special was the intentional 1:1 exchange. Beyond business introductions, Fempreneurs spoke about their journeys, struggles, dreams, families, and the realities of building businesses while navigating life such as motherhood. Midway through the evening, there was also a partner switch, allowing everyone the opportunity to connect with another Fempreneur on a deeper level and explore how they could potentially support or collaborate with one another.

At the end of the session, each Fempreneur stood up to introduce the new friend they had spoken to, sharing who she truly is based on the conversations they had over dinner. It truly showed us that indeed, behind every business is a lady carrying her stories, sacrifices, hopes, and heart.

The evening was never organised to be loud or large-scale. It was a safe table for fempreneurs to slow down, be seen, be heard, and be remembered that they do not have to build life or business alone.
